As we did this year, we are once again supporting buyers and sellers with all our expertise.

Many people looking for real estate are unsettled by the rise in interest rates. They no longer have the confidence to buy a property. Yet renting is hardly an alternative. This is because property seekers who have given up their dream of owning their own four walls are once again putting increasing pressure on the rental market. However, buying a property is still possible if you adapt your strategy to the changed market conditions.

Find an affordable property

We can help you find a suitable property for your budget. We would be happy to advise you in our office. Or you can create a property search request on our website. We may already have a suitable property in our portfolio or we will contact you if we have been commissioned to sell a property that matches your requirements profile.

Help with financing

We will also put you in touch with a financing expert who will advise you on financing your property and work with you to determine how much property you can afford. You should cover around 20 percent of the property price plus ancillary purchase costs such as land transfer tax and notary fees with your equity. By stretching out the financing, it is possible to reduce the monthly burden.

You should also compare offers from different banks. And only go to your appointment with your bank for a real estate loan optimally prepared. We will advise you on what you need to look out for.

Legally secure real estate transfer

Once we have found a suitable property, we support you in the negotiations with the seller. Once you have reached an agreement with the seller, we accompany the transfer of the property from the preparation of the purchase contract to the notary appointment to the handover of the property and beyond. We ensure a smooth and legally compliant real estate transaction.
