We confess: We love our job as estate agents. Even if properties become dilapidated over the years, the façade begins to crumble and the splendor of the old days fades more and more, they are more than just cold walls. Because behind each of these walls, whether old or modern, there are very personal stories that we as estate agents accompany and experience with every assignment. In the best case scenario, we help our clients to find the solution they have been longing for.

Variety in everyday working life

The love of the real estate profession is not just about the properties themselves and their stories. The people in the houses and apartments with whom you come into contact also make everyday life exciting. At the same time, you also provide variety in your day-to-day work.

It doesn't matter how long you've been on the market as an estate agent. There is always something new behind every door. Every order and every personal customer situation must be considered individually.

Mediator and mediator in difficult times

Many of our clients are struggling with personal challenges. For example, with a divorce, financial problems or the loss of a job. Inheritance matters are also often without conflict when real estate is involved.

This is precisely when you are more than just a consultant and real estate expert. In such a situation, you have to try to lead all parties to a harmonious solution. Especially when a former couple or the members of a community of heirs are on the verge of settling a matter in court, tact is required.

If you have brought these situations relating to the property to a good end and perhaps even contributed to a personal solution to the basic problem, you go home with a good feeling.

Every property has its own special charm

The variety of properties knows almost no bounds and ranges from historic buildings to modern and energy-saving houses. As an estate agent, however, you often see more than just the external façade. Because in order to carry out a proper valuation and marketing, you always get the chance to look at each property with its special charm from the inside and thus take a look behind the facade. So it never gets boring - which is precisely why we love what we do.

Do you have questions about buying or selling a property? Or do you not know what to do with your property? Then contact us. We will be happy to support and guide you.
