Selling a property without being on site is a challenge. If you are working, it is probably difficult to be on site for the entire sales process. This can take between three and six months. Without the right support on site, it is usually almost impossible.

Peter H. inherited his father's property, which was several hundred kilometers away. As he already owned his own property, he had no use for it. He also ruled out renting it out from afar.
